Daily Itinerary
Day 1: Sat 22nd March
Welcome to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil!
Once you’re all checked in and settled in your rooms, enjoy the facilities, have lunch, relax and then get ready to meet everyone else on the roof terrace for ice breakers, before our group welcome dinner.
Day 2: Sun 23rd March
Indulge in our group breakfast and spend the morning enjoying the hotel facilities.
Afterwards, we will attend a fun Caipirinha-making class, where we'll learn to craft Brazil’s iconic cocktail with fresh ingredients and expert tips. In the evening, get your feet moving with samba dancing lessons, where you’ll discover the rhythm and energy of Brazil’s most famous dance.
Day 3: Mon 24th March
Join us for a full day of exploring, starting with a guided tour of the country’s must-see sights, including the awe-inspiring Christ the Redeemer statue. We will also enjoy a traditional rodizio (Brazilian BBQ) lunch.
In the evening, we will head to Pedra do Sal, where the night comes alive with the infectious beats of samba and lively rhythms. Dance, party, and celebrate the true spirit of Brazil in this iconic cultural hotspot.
Day 4: Tue 25th March
Following breakfast, we will board the coach for a 3 hour journey to Angra dos Reis, the tropical paradise of Brazil.
Upon arrival, we will check-in and settle in to the feature-packed resort, our home for the next three days, before connecting over an exclusive group dinner.
Day 5: Wed 26th March
After breakfast we will board the boat for a day of island-hopping. We’ll set sail to the stunning Ilha Grande and its neighbouring islands, where we will adventure in the crystal-clear waters of Angra dos Reis!
There will be plenty of opportunities to snorkel, explore hidden coves, or just relax on the white sand beaches.
Day 6: Thu 27th March
Explore a free day in the resort, where you can take a dip in the pool, relax and unwind in the spa, or enjoy the fitness and wellbeing activities the resort has to offer.
In the afternoon, we will catch the coach back to Rio, where we will return to Hotel Arpoador.
Day 7: Fri 28th March
After breakfast, enjoy a free day to experience Rio how you wish.
We will send recommendations with tours, activities, places to visit, and food spots, but you are also welcome to de-stress and enjoy the tropical weather on the beach.
In the evening, we will have our fine dining rodizio farewell dinner at the renowned Fogo do Chao, in a private room for the group.
Day 8: Sat 29th March
Hopefully no one will be leaving too early, so we can enjoy a final breakfast, but it will be time to bid farewell to our new friendships.
Enjoy the sunny skies of Rio for the last time before preparing to head to the airport on your pre-arranged transfers and have a safe flight back home!
